Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager – Dynamics 365 to develop and execute a strategy for growth across the market, providing senior governance and escalation support across the new and expanding customer base
• Establish and lead the Salesforce practice, including strategy, development, and execution. Drive the growth of the practice by developing and implementing best practices, frameworks, and methodologies
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored Salesforce solutions, and drive customer satisfaction
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce and Dynamics professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute strategic plans for both Salesforce and Dynamics practices, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively, ensuring the delivery of solutions within scope and budget
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to align technology solutions with business goals and strategies
