Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, and analytics
• Proven leadership managing high-performing teams
• Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, and no-code/low-code tools
• Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator

Responsibilities

• Drive the Messaging Business Unit's Product Operations: Lead teams responsible for profitability, routing, and quality to ensure business success
• Ensure Governance Excellence in Messaging: Oversee teams managing KYC, fraud detection, and compliance within the Messaging Business Unit to safeguard operations
• Implement Smart Solutions: Use no-code tools, generative AI, and basic automation to tackle operational challenges and streamline workflows for day-to-day operations without relying on the product team
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work with key stakeholders to address critical customer needs and market demands. Be the point person; the buck stops with you
• Lead High-Impact Teams: Manage and mentor a diverse group of 10-12 analysts and operations associates, fostering growth and efficiency
