Summary
Join Kaseya's Special Projects Group (SPG) as an Associate Director and play a key leadership role in driving strategic initiatives. Reporting to the VP of SPG, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to design and execute high-impact projects. This role requires experience in complex problem-solving, strategy-setting, and advanced analytics. You will be responsible for defining project success criteria, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The SPG is a critical enabler of Kaseya's growth, working on prioritized strategic efforts directly supported by executive leadership and the Board. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) in related areas of study, including: Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior, Operations & Supply Chain), Economics, Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)
- 6+ years of management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking (or comparable) experience
- 4+ years of experience in optimization of business processes and program or project management, with a focus on driving strategic cross-functional projects
- Strong capability in strategic planning, prioritization, and driving business outcomes. Ability to navigate complex challenges, assess risks, and develop actionable solutions
- Define, scope, plan, and manage projects and to identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues
- Able to work across a portfolio of projects, prioritizing effectively to move multiple initiatives forward in parallel
- Proven ability to creatively problem-solve; able to form a hypothesis, test, and refine in order to rapidly achieve results
- Proven ability to execute qualitative and quantitative analysis, leveraging supporting tools (e.g., Excel)
- Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information and/or highly complex concepts and effectively communicate key findings in simplified / clarified form
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments and to manage significant change and ambiguity
- Proven ability to work with Executives / Senior leaders and team across functions / departments
Responsibilities
- Bring experience solving complex problems, strategy-setting and advanced analytics skills to solution outcomes for Kaseya
- Execute and drive progress in a fast-paced environment, upholding the values and goals of the organization to build solutions that are scalable and enable growth of the organization
- Drive high-impact, strategic, cross-functional initiatives, including identifying benefits, understanding costs / timelines, prioritizing the project against established criteria, planning of initiatives, and defining project success, including KPIs / metrics or other success criteria
- Build solutions that are scalable and enable growth of the organization
- Develop the approach to operationalize recommendations and lead the organization through the change; drive detailed planning to guide full execution / implementation of the solution
- Drive progress and achieve results by clearly defining tasks, ownership, and timelines; effectively identify and manage risks and issues, escalating as needed
- Support development of Board materials and external investment processes / materials
- Support timely and effective stakeholder communication and engagement across key strategic projects; draw connections and help align work where possible
