Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (English, Law, Communications, Marketing, Accounting or Finance background, or equivalent experience, a huge plus)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a passion for encouraging and engaging audiences through clear and compelling communication
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a relentless drive for accuracy and perfection
  • Experience working within Accounting or Finance teams, with a deep understanding of financial concepts and terminology
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively meet deadlines under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation, refinement, and design of high-impact financial executive reports and presentations for a public company
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and Executive teams to craft compelling and inspiring narratives that highlight key insights and drive decision-making
  • Masterfully proofread, format, and fine-tune documents to ensure outstanding accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
  • Be the "go-to" resource for formatting tips, tricks, and troubleshooting in Microsoft Suite, encouraging others with innovative reporting solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting standards, templates, and processes
  • Strive for diligent precision in both the small details and the overarching narrative to consistently achieve high standards of quality and accuracy
