You will play a critical role in driving strategy and implementation of key initiatives across the business, working closely with executive leadership on high-visibility projects. Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and influencing executive audiences (e.g., VP and higher) on high priority initiatives
- Proven track record of building strategy for and implementing highly cross-functional initiatives, and measuring success in fast-paced test and learn environment
- Top tier quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and first principle thinking
- Ability to track and manage several projects simultaneously
- High EQ
- Desire to thrive in ambiguous environment as a motivated self-starter
- English fluency at the business level is a requirement, both in written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree from a top university, ideally in mathematics, economics, finance, or similarly analytically rigorous program; MBA from top university a bonus
- 3+ years of work experience; minimum of 1 year in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking at a top firm required
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and help prioritize new short, medium, and long-term growth opportunities
- Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategy to address ongoing changes in the market
- Run and own large, complex cross functional projects and provide support with functional-specific projects with functional-specific projects
- Implement strategic proposals and put in place rigorous tracking and evaluation metrics
- Build analytical insights to help set and monitor performance goals in the business
- Run business reviews to provide transparency across the executive team
- Create a central business voice for cross-functional needs (e.g., input to product roadmap or evolution in customer journey)
- Given the speed of the organizationโs growth, this team will often own and build ad hoc projects related to growing the business (e.g., M&A)
Preferred Qualifications
Startup experience preferred, ideally in B2B SaaS or DaaS
