Associate General Counsel

Summary

Join Innovaccer's legal team as a key contributor to a world-class, global legal department. You will support the mergers and acquisitions team, build processes for corporate, securities, and governance matters, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage transactions. Responsibilities include creating and managing business processes, supporting contract management, and developing plans for improved controls. This role requires a Juris Doctorate and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Requirements

• Ability to lead and manage transaction teams toward efficient processes
• Juris doctorate and at least 5 years of experience building transaction, governance and securities processes in a growing company

Responsibilities

• Work with interdisciplinary team members to manage and close transactions
• Work with investors, internal departments and leaders to manage security-related transactions and build mature business process for managing investor and securities matters
• Create and manage business process and workflows for corporate recordkeeping and help implement process for the company as it grows
• Support legal team on contract management and matters
• Develop and implement plans for the management of improved controls including for public company readiness and ESG reporting
