Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Regulatory in United States

Summary

OKX is a digital asset exchange and blockchain ecosystems company with over 30 million users and 3000+ employees. The Global Legal team provides legal advice and guidance to OKX and its affiliated entities worldwide. The Associate General Counsel in the Litigation and Regulatory Practice Group will manage litigation and regulatory matters, support the business in various legal coverage areas, analyze and advise on digital assets, collaborate with product and business development teams, and manage legal requests from all areas of the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant litigation and regulatory experience at a top law firm or in-house at a fast-paced, brand-name business
• Active membership with a state bar (CA or NY preferred) or eligible to practice in California as a registered in-house counsel

Responsibilities

Managing litigation and U.S. and global regulatory matters, and supervising outside counsel retained to represent the company in those matters
