Summary
Join Databricks as a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst and optimize sales development systems and processes. You will manage and analyze performance data, implement strategic initiatives, and work closely with sales development leadership. This role requires in-depth understanding of GTM S&O, strong SQL skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience with CRM systems. Requirements
- In-depth understanding of GTM S&O functional areas, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management
- Strong ability (SQL a must) to understand and translate complex datasets into insights and actionable recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing data-driven strategies
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core reporting to track key performance metrics for global sales development leadership
- Ownership of quarterly target & quota setting process, including end-of-period audit and credit validation
- Develop and maintain tools to support sales development territory management
- Partner with global sales development leadership to support annual planning (territories, headcount and org design)
- Evaluate and optimize sales development systems, processes and workflows to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Recommend and implement systems & process improvements to enhance productivity and performance of the sales development team
- Partner with marketing, sales, sales operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales development processes
