Summary
Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as an Associate Learning Designer for a 6-month temporary, remote role. Reporting to the Head of Learning Impact, you will support the team in creating engaging learning experiences. Your responsibilities include assisting in improving learning products, supporting course development and updates, applying learning science principles, contributing to learning material design, monitoring content quality, and maintaining project documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in creating content for adult learners, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Requirements
- Advanced level of English (fluency in other languages would be a bonus)
- Bachelorβs degree in related field preferred
- Strong interest in learning design, with a focus on learning excellence and delivering a great learner experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their use in content delivery and management
- Experience in creating content for adult learners and a background in training, with knowledge of the latest learning science and pedagogy
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and implementing improvements to learning products, user experience, and feedback analysis for learners, trainers, and clients
- Support the development and updating of course outlines, learning objectives, content creation, and quality assurance for new and adapted courses
- Apply Learning Science and Microlearning principles to enhance content and ensure alignment with established methodologies
- Contribute to the design and development of learning materials (e-learning, videos, activities) and assessments to measure learning outcomes
- Monitor the quality of learning content, supporting trainer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to methodologies across the team
- Maintain project documentation, supporting the Trainer Community, and senior colleagues in training and content delivery
