Join our team as an Associate Manager and support the International Programs Division Director in a dynamic global public health setting. This senior-level administrative and operational role demands an understanding of global public health issues, effective liaison with executive and senior staff, and utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing international travel and expenses, preparing presentations and reports, liaising with finance and procurement teams, and serving as a key liaison between the Director and stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience supporting senior leadership and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are highly valued. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage meetings
- Coordinate international travel and expense reports
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports and papers
- Liaise with the internal finance/budget team, procurement, etc
- Serve as a key liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow across the division
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience supporting senior leadership
- Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, databases
- Have familiarity with international or cross-cultural work environments
- Have Spanish language skills
