Summary
Join Natera as a Senior Marketing Manager, NIPT, and develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote genetic tests and patient education tools to healthcare providers and their patients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, Patient Experience, Sales, Medical, and Leadership, to understand customer needs and inform offerings. Create and implement marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and manage marketing projects and budgets. Present marketing campaign progress and performance to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a B.A. or B.S. degree, at least 5 years of experience in healthcare product marketing, and strong communication and presentation skills. This role involves up to 20% travel and is based remotely in California.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, which includes healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs or strategic consulting experience
- High integrity
- Project management including organization, attention to detail, and timeline tracking
- Experience marketing products and services to healthcare providers including synthesizing clinical information and composing concise promotional copy
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic financial and economic modeling skills. Analytical, problem-solving mindset required
Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing plans to increase awareness and ensure the promotion of key Panorama NIPT and Vistara Single-Gene NIPT messages through appropriate marketing and sales channels
- Develop and implement HCP and patient marketing campaigns, content, and engagement tactics to communicate the value and drive adoption of Panorama, Vistara, and associated support services
- Present marketing campaigns, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and inform campaign optimization
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, Patient Experience, Sales, Medical, and Leadership teams to understand customer needs and inform offerings
- Develop and support the execution of commercial launch plans for new product features and services
- Conduct market research on customer drivers, competitive landscape, and effectiveness of messaging to refine marketing strategy
- Identify and size business opportunities by creating business cases and financial models
- Effectively manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors and budget
- Track and improve ROI for marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics preferred
- Formal educational background or clinical experience in genetic counseling or medical genetics preferred
- Familiarity with, interest in digital marketing channels and tactics preferred
