Summary

Support central and regional teams through new initiatives, process improvements, and scalability. Successfully navigate a matrixed environment, structure complex problems, and support initiative roll-outs. Provide analytical support, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, and build relationships with stakeholders. Work cross-functionally to implement new operational processes and measure project performance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1+ years in a related field. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, project management, or experience with a high-growth healthcare organization
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms

Responsibilities

  • Supports operations leadership by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions
  • Structures complex ambiguous problems and translates identified needs to corporate teams
  • Supports roll-out of central initiatives to the Regions and Central Teams and tracks metrics
  • Provides analytical support to drive clinical and operational OKRs and client needs
  • Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop presentations for both internal and external customers
  • Builds relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the clinical and operations teams as trusted partners
  • Works cross-functionally to help design and implement new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Region, adapting to Regional-specific factors
  • Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Acts as a support resource to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff
  • Meets in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities

  • Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (Clinical, Technology, Business, Operations)
  • Resourceful and willing to participate in functions to bring processes to end state
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence change
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
