Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, project management, or experience with a high-growth healthcare organization
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms
Responsibilities
- Supports operations leadership by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions
- Structures complex ambiguous problems and translates identified needs to corporate teams
- Supports roll-out of central initiatives to the Regions and Central Teams and tracks metrics
- Provides analytical support to drive clinical and operational OKRs and client needs
- Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop presentations for both internal and external customers
- Builds relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the clinical and operations teams as trusted partners
- Works cross-functionally to help design and implement new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Region, adapting to Regional-specific factors
- Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Acts as a support resource to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff
- Meets in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities

- Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (Clinical, Technology, Business, Operations)
- Resourceful and willing to participate in functions to bring processes to end state
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence change
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
