Associate Operations Technician

Summary

Join Verra Mobility as an Associate Operations Technician and provide vital operational support to our Field Services Organization. Partner with field technicians to troubleshoot equipment, perform maintenance, and implement best practices. This entry-level role offers opportunities for skill development in a dynamic environment. You will need problem-solving and communication skills, along with experience in a technical position. This is a remote, full-time position offering flexibility to work from home.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or one or more years of work experience
• One or more years of related work experience
• Experience in IT Support, Customer Service, and/or Project Management
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues in collaboration with field employees to ensure optimal operational performance
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on systems and equipment to maintain functionality and safety standards
• Support the implementation of operational procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity in the field
• Document and report on operational activities, equipment status, and maintenance needs for continuous improvement tracking
• Participate in training sessions and skill development initiatives to expand technical knowledge and expertise within the department

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Field Services Technician
• Prior experience in Event Processing
• Experience and Knowledge of Verra Mobility products and and/or it’s clients
• Experience using Alcyon, Axis, Service Now, or related tools
