Summary

Join Headway as an Associate Principal, Business Development and own the strategy and execution of C-level partnerships with leading health plans nationwide. This role will drive Headway's expansion into new markets, redefine mental healthcare network development, and increase access to affordable care. You will need 10+ years of experience in business development, particularly with health plans, and a deep understanding of payer models. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, operational excellence, and a drive to solve the challenge of mental healthcare access. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in roles where you have owned business development efforts from end-to-end, ideally selling directly to health plans
  • Deep understanding of payer business models and economics

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of C-level partnerships with leading health plans across the United States
  • Unlock Headway’s expansion into new geographies
  • Reimagine how mental healthcare networks are built, measured, and curated at scale
  • Bring affordable mental healthcare to hundreds of thousands of Americans
