Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Associate or similar role with 2 years of crypto experience
  • Passion for crypto and decentralized finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries or market segments
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate interest and create initial contact with prospects
  • Support BD leads to close partnership and deals
  • Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and determining their potential as qualified prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Utilize various sales and marketing tools to identify and track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor progress towards targets
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights and feedback on lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings and provide input on lead generation strategies, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Lead medium-sized initiatives, structuring and managing tasks that align with ecosystem growth goals. Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders
  • Stay informed on crypto, DeFi, and blockchain trends. Share insights with internal teams to shape strategies and improve engagement with partners
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and technical teams to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns. Build relationships across the organization to align efforts with Kadena’s overarching goals
