Summary

Requirements

- Have 3-7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Information Technology
- Have experience managing projects within Mexico markets
- Have a Bachelor's degree in information technology
- Be proficient in Project Management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Have an understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Have the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Have familiarity with risk assessment frameworks and mitigation planning
- Possess strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Have the ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and work breakdown structures (WBS)
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to project team members
- Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of project deliverables
- Implement project risk management strategies and develop contingency plans
- Adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate scope changes and unforeseen challenges
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align project goals with business needs
- Facilitate regular status meetings, presentations, and project reports to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensure clear communication between team members, vendors, and clients
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
- Track financial performance, control project costs, and mitigate financial risks
- Optimize resource allocation, ensuring personnel and materials are used effectively
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors and suppliers
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct quality assurance checks at different project phases to maintain high standards
- Lead post-project evaluations and implement process improvements for future projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Have previous experience working in multinational environments
- Have a Master's degree (MBA or Project Management specialization)
- Have PMP (Project Management Professional) and Agile / Scrum Master Certification
