Join Third Bridge, a primary research firm, as an Associate in the Private Equity Clients team. You will target, source, and screen industry specialists to facilitate interactions that help clients make informed business decisions. This sales-oriented role involves connecting with experts via various channels, persuading them to speak with clients, and focusing on building human connections and insights. You will wear multiple hats, including problem-solver, business driver, player & coach, and researcher partner. The role demands multitasking, organization, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Target, source, and screen relevant industry specialists
  • Facilitate interactions to help clients make better-informed business decisions
  • Connect to relevant experts via cold calls/texts/emails
  • Persuade experts to commit to speaking with clients
  • Search for relevant content and vet experts to support clients at each stage of their research
  • Work with your team to execute strategies for the accounts you are responsible for
  • Deliver on client requests
  • Train and develop the people around you
  • Think outside the box and offer solutions that bridge clients' knowledge gaps
  • Go above and beyond to ensure a smooth partnership with your clients
