Summary

Join Cloud Chamber as a Temporary Associate Producer and partner with creative individuals and the production team in developing BioShock. You will be responsible for building schedules, planning resource allocation, defining sprint and milestone deliverables, and ensuring on-time completion of deliverables with high quality. This temporary role is for no more than 12 consecutive months. The position involves managing team priorities, coordinating communication between departments, and maintaining the internal task tracking system. You will also track and delegate tasks and bugs, establish sprint goals, and coordinate with outsourcers and co-development partners. This is a fully remote role based anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in the video game industry, either AAA or mobile games
  • Ability to understand high-level, video game-related, technical concepts
  • Familiarity with video game development pipelines
  • Familiar with JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Perforce
  • Possess very strong organizational and communication skills, with a critical eye for detail
  • Ability to establish priorities and multitask effectively
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities across multiple time zones
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends in interactive storytelling and AAA games
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing production situations
  • Mature outlook on work ethics and responsibilities
  • Collaborative and team centric

Responsibilities

  • Manage team members’ priorities, assignments and schedules with the support of the Senior Producer
  • Coordinate communication between departments regarding deadlines, assignments, and priorities
  • Manage and maintain internal task tracking system with tasks, assignees, priorities, due dates, meeting/discussion notes, and statuses
  • Effectively communicate priorities, blockers, dependencies, and issues to Production and relevant team leadership
  • Track, respond to, and delegate tasks and bugs as needed to maintain project integrity and stability
  • Establish prioritized sprint and milestone goals for the team in conjunction with producers, leads, and directors
  • Flexibility and interest in taking on a variety of production tasks as needed to support the production
  • Coordinate with outsourcers and co-dev partners to maintain visibility and project cadence

Benefits

  • Colorado: $26.44 and $40.87 per hour (year if annualized)
  • California: $28.85 and $40.87 per hour (year if annualized)
  • New York State (inclusive of New York City): $33.65 and $40.87 per hour (year if annualized)
  • Washington: $26.44 and $40.87 per hour (year if annualized)
