Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in product management
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Discover and explore what truly motivates our Pros - their needs, desires, concerns, and the reasons they choose our products over others
- Transform how our customers are introduced to our Fintech and Business Solutions products through continuous experimentation
- Uncover insights about how our users think and act
- Create hypotheses for strategies to drive product adoption
- Devise quick, creative solutions to test your hypotheses
- Collaboratively design event models and user flows, introducing innovative ways to represent the customer journey
- Work with Design and Engineering to develop wireframes
- Plan and oversee the entire process from the initial idea through to its final implementation, making sure every step is well thought out and executed
- Develop clear plans to measure how successful your experiments are, ensuring you can track progress and make necessary adjustments
- Clearly explain plans and build shared context across your team and other functions to make sure everyone is on the same page
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using βgrowth stackβ tools a plus (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Launch Darkly and others that enable product managers to rapidly experiment and measure results)
- Experience in payments, consumer financing, early or growth stage companies
- Passionate about user experience and deep customer empathy
- Strong product management skills, including the ability to think and operate across multiple domains at high and low altitudes while leading e simultaneous complex projects
- Excellent collaborator and communicator, both written and verbal, enabling you to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders
- Problem focused forward thinker with a passion for solving complex challenges with innovative, simple ideas
- Genuine humility paired with curiosity and a growth mindset that drives you to learn, investigate, and ask the βwhyβ
