Associate Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Product Representative at Trustly Americas. The role involves handling FIC-related support questions and issues, doing product research and investigations, working with stakeholders to build and execute a prioritization framework, and improving the efficiency of solving FIC product related issues. • Excellent communication and independence of updating project progress with stakeholders
• Familiar with spreadsheet and basic office tools
• Familiar with Jira

Responsibilities

• Product representative in intaking, prioritizing and resolving FIC-related support questions and issues in various Slack channels
• Doing product research and investigations with Engineers to resolve issues
• Communicating with stakeholders about the resolutions
• Working with stakeholders to build and execute a clear prioritization framework; and improving the efficiency and speed of solving FIC product related issues

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in product management preferred
