Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience
- Strong bias for action, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with solid business and technical acumen
- Passion for building software products and services
- Strong sense of how to blend technology and design to solve user needs
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze our userβs needs
- Validate and pitch new product ideas
- Maintain a strong grasp of competitive trends and the landscape
- Define features through detailed specifications and user stories
- Create mock-ups and wireframes using industry-standard prototyping tools
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams during feature implementation
- Maintain timelines and update stakeholders regularly
- Define success metrics and analyze product performance
- Draft detailed specs for initiatives
- Explain specs and benefits to engineers and designers
- Track task statuses and ensure progress
- Ensure accurate data tracking for features
- Identify product operation issues and raise them to the PM or lead
- Assist in market and competitor research
- Help set up tools and processes to gather customer feedback
- Support product documentation and training when necessary
