Requirements

• 1-2 years of technical experience (engineering, data analysis, research), or a relevant undergraduate degree (STEM preferred)
• Strong data manipulation skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualisation software
• Curious individual who is comfortable working independently and has strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Analyse product data, understand market insights and perform desktop research to build business cases for new products
• Conduct user research and customer interviews to influence the product roadmap
• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements for features and support Product Managers in feature releases
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
