Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing or Communications
- 1+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Ability to adapt to new roles, processes, and tools, contributing effectively from day one
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to simplify technical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft suite, Team, Salesforce, and content management systems
Responsibilities
- Educate and execute against market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for voice communication solutions
- Educate and execute target audience segments and tailor strategies to address their specific difficulties and goals
- Support go-to-market strategies for Sinchโs voice products, ensuring timely and successful launches
- Collaborate with product marketing leader, product management, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and prioritize initiatives
- Enable the sales team to communicate value propositions and develop sales tools to support selling of our enterprise products
- Create clear, compelling value propositions and messaging for voice products that resonate with key customer segments
- Develop sales enablement materials, including product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and FAQs
- Produce high-quality content such as blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and videos to promote voice solutions
- Partner with the demand generation team to design campaigns that drive awareness and adoption
- Collaborate with account teams to identify and showcase customer success stories
- Use customer insights to refine messaging and influence product roadmaps
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies
- Monitor and analyze product adoption metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
