Associate Program Compliance Manager

Summary
Join impact.com's compliance team as an Associate Program Compliance Manager and ensure partners adhere to advertisers' promotional requirements. You will manage compliance cases, serve as a compliance point of contact for clients and agencies, and become an expert in impact.com's proprietary Regulated Compliance product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional compliance services and act as a program compliance subject matter expert. Work alongside senior managers on strategic initiatives. This role requires 1+ years of customer service and support, ideally in a software application product environment, and strong communication and detail-oriented skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. The salary range is $65,000-$74,000 per year, plus a 5% bonus and RSU grant.

Responsibilities
- Manage compliance cases, ensuring all issues are documented, tracked, and moved expeditiously to resolution
- Serve as a compliance point of contact for clients and agencies, providing support and program updates
- Become an expert on impact.comβs proprietary Regulated Compliance product
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional compliance services
- Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally
- Work alongside senior program compliance managers, assisting with strategic initiatives and projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of compliance/fraud investigations especially in the performance marketing space is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus)
