Summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Live Webinars – Assist in planning, producing, and moderating customer success-led webinars to drive product adoption and engagement
  • Drive Adoption Campaigns – Collaborate on ideating, building, and launching digital campaigns (email & in-portal) to increase customer adoption of key capabilities
  • Customer Communication – Help craft and deliver targeted messaging across various digital channels to educate and enable customers
  • Data-Driven Optimization – Analyze customer engagement metrics to refine and improve webinar content, adoption campaigns, and outreach strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Product, and CS teams to align on messaging, resources, and customer initiatives
  • Contribute to design and content for Abnormal customer resources (Academy, Documentation, in the future Community)

Preferred Qualifications

Cybersecurity, Customer Success and Gainsight experience
