Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or similar field
- 1+ year of experience working in agency setting
- 1+ year of experience in Project Management
- Experience with the healthcare industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system
Responsibilities
- Prepare status reports and daily hot sheets
- Facilitate successful completion of all assigned jobs on time; work with the SocialBridge job flow and information archiving system
- Ensure internal team adheres to clientsβ systems and procedures for tracking jobs
- Respond to client requests (passed on by Account Services) accurately and in a timely manner
- Act as primary internal liaison from project conception regarding timing and next steps
