Summary
Join Rad AI, a leading healthcare AI company, as an Associate on the Revenue Strategy team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving partner strategy, building data-driven ROI models, and enhancing GTM data and technology infrastructure. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with B2B SaaS, and proficiency in CRM systems and BI tools. You will work closely with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive insights and power the company's growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in investment banking, management consulting, or business / revenue operations at a SaaS company
- A deep passion for our mission and a desire to help healthcare providers and patients through innovative technology
- Strong analytical skills - you’re a data storyteller who can distill complex findings into clear, impactful insights
- Experience with B2B SaaS; healthcare exposure is a strong plus
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Comfortable working cross functionally in a high growth, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field
Responsibilities
- Drive Partner Strategy & Value Storytelling
- Collaborate with healthcare executives and internal stakeholders to quantify and communicate the value of Rad AI’s products
- Build data-driven ROI models, case studies, and strategic presentations that support enterprise sales and customer retention
- Elevate Commercial Strategy & Analytics
- Define and track KPI’s across the full revenue funnel - including marketing, sales, customer success, and support
- Build and maintain forecasting models, market segmentation, territory design, and other core GTM infrastructure
- Deliver cross-functional insights that influence decision-making across leadership, finance, and product teams
- Enhance GTM Data & Technology Infrastructure
- Manage and continuously improve data workflows, documentation, and data quality on our CRM and analytics stack
- Ensure the entire revenue organization is equipped with accurate, actionable data to inform strategy and execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with product usage data (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to support customer expansion or retention
- Experience working in a startup environment with an ambiguous or evolving environment
