Summary

Join Unite Us as an Associate Sales Director and focus on growing new enterprise business within the Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) sector. Reporting to the Head of Provider Market, you will manage sales territories, build executive relationships, maintain sales pipelines using Unite Us CRM tools, and effectively communicate the value of Unite Us technology. You will consistently meet sales quotas, identify and influence prospective customers, and engage in upselling and cross-selling activities. This remote position requires at least 4 years of enterprise sales experience and 6+ years working with Communities and/or CBOs. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred. Requirements

  • At least 4 years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience
  • 6+ years working with Community and/or CBOs
  • Expertise selling Saas solution or within the Healthcare market; and ability to be the company’s subject matter expert

Responsibilities

  • Manage and work assigned sales territory, focusing on enterprise opportunities
  • Build new relationships with executives and key decision makers within assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Unite Us CRM tools
  • Effectively communicate the vision and value of Unite Us technology to prospects and clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Identify, visit, and influence decision-makers of prospective customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base
  • Participate in sales training

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is strongly preferred
