Summary

Join Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, as the Associate Director / Director of Marketing, NIPT. You will lead marketing strategy and execution to drive adoption of and promote Natera’s genetic tests, UX offerings, and patient education tools to OBGYN providers and their patients. This role reports to the Senior Director, Women’s Health Marketing and offers the opportunity to create multi-channel campaigns for market-leading products that impact healthcare for millions of patients.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, which includes healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs or strategic consulting experience
  • High integrity
  • Project management including organization, attention to detail, and timeline tracking
  • Experience marketing products and services to healthcare providers including synthesizing clinical information and composing concise promotional copy
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Basic financial and economic modeling skills. Analytical, problem-solving mindset required

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution of marketing activities to increase awareness of and promote key Panorama NIPT and Vistara Single-Gene NIPT messages across relevant sales and marketing (e.g., print advertising in medical journals, participation in conferences and events, and digital marketing) channels
  • Develop and articulate the unique value proposition and differentiation of Panorama and Vistara in the prenatal genetic testing market
  • Create and execute HCP and patient marketing campaigns, content, and engagement tactics to communicate the value and drive adoption of Panorama, Vistara, and associated support services
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new product features and services
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Patient Experience, Sales, Medical, and Leadership teams to understand customer needs and inform offerings
  • Create and deliver training on product messaging and objection handling in field calls and written materials in collaboration with Sales Training
  • Conduct market research and analyze / synthesize data on customer drivers, competitive landscape, and effectiveness of messaging to refine marketing strategy
  • Identify and size business opportunities by creating business cases and financial models
  • Effectively manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors and budget
  • Track and improve ROI for marketing programs
  • Manage and develop direct report(s) contributing to a high-performing product marketing team
  • Provide oversight for additional brands that direct report(s) is managing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics preferred
  • Formal educational background or clinical experience in genetic counseling or medical genetics preferred
  • Familiarity with, interest in digital marketing channels and tactics preferred
