Summary

Join LastPass, a leader in password and identity management, as an Associate Sales Support Specialist. This role involves assisting the sales teams with quote and proposal processes, working closely with Account Executives and Partner Managers. You will be part of the Chief Revenue Officer's Sales Organization, reporting to the Sales Operations team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales Operations or Finance role, including experience with Salesforce.com. Experience with CPQ is a plus
  • Dependability: We seek a reliable professional committed to teamwork and consistently demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines
  • Collaboration: This role involves working as part of a larger global team across various time zones, including individuals who may be new to their roles. We need someone who can demonstrate mentorship, collaboration, and curiosity
  • Attention to Detail: This role requires the ability to manage a large volume of complex deals under pressure. Accuracy is a critical metric for success

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that sales and partner quotes and contract terms are 100% accurate before being presented to customers
  • Review contract pricing and ensure that accurate contracts are created within the scope of the deal type
  • Resolve deficiencies and stipulations with various parties to ensure proper management of quotes
  • Manage sales inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, SKU accuracy, and order status
  • Ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders and accuracy in procurement
  • Manage questions and queues related to quoting, invoices, Purchase Orders, and other inquiries
  • Conduct weekly cross-functional reporting on quoting accuracy
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Review operational procedures and adopt industry best practices
  • Communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism at all times
  • Provide cross-functional support to the Global Sales Organization as needed
  • Work on special projects as directed by Sales Operations leadership
  • Assist with data cleanup initiatives
