Associate Specialist

Summary

Join us as a GTM Enablement Intern at Bloomreach, where you'll support our Global Partner Program and gain hands-on experience with marketing, operations, administration, and enablement within the Revenue Organization. This 6-month internship program is structured to give you a comprehensive understanding of Bloomreach's partner processes, tools, and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating content in the Partner Portal and maintaining an organized partner knowledge base
• Serve as a point of contact for partner support inquiries & internal support requests
• Support the development and distribution of training materials to partners, including onboarding guides, sales collateral, and product documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize partner enablement resources
• Assist in auditing, improving, and managing existing partner processes such as new partner announcements, Partner Directory listings and onboarding workflows
• Support internal teams with external Partner events including logistics and marketing
• Collaborate closely with other Enablement colleagues on adoption tracking of sales motions across all external seller personas
• Assist in analyzing partner performance data and prepare insights for continuous improvement
