Summary

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. required; STEM degree such as mechanical engineering preferred
  • Customer-focused, enthusiastic, positive and service oriented attitude with a strong understanding of engineering software or experience in a technical environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in nTop software, continuously build upon this software skillset through internal training and real world, customer facing workflow development
  • Support all internal groups within the Customer Success Organization, with a strong emphasis on Solutions Engineering and Onboarding Engineering teams
  • Drive value within nTop’s broader GTM team by acting as technical representative to the sales “POD”
  • Own technical relationships within your POD teams book of business
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and otherwise “unblock” customer authored nTop workflows in order to facilitate healthy software adoption and customer growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or interest in industrial engineering, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or other applied STEM field strongly desired
  • Engineering and CAD software such as Solidworks, Catia, Abaqus, Ansys, Matlab, etc
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Asana preferred but not required
  • Strong PowerPoint and Presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of additive manufacturing or other advanced manufacturing techniques
