Summary

Join WillowTree's Fuel iX team as a Solutions Engineer and demonstrate the capabilities of our Generative AI platform. You will conduct product demos, configure trial accounts, collaborate with the sales team, and act as a trusted advisor to prospects. This role requires proven experience in a similar role, strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with back-end architectures. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the software/technology industry
  • Experience with Generative AI and predictive AI products
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and articulate their value to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with broader back-end architectures (cloud services from AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting software applications
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written (including VP and C-level presentations)
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of our products/services to potential clients
  • Configure trial accounts to meet the specific needs of prospects, ensuring a smooth and successful evaluation period
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that align with their needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering guidance and insights throughout the sales cycle to nurture relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings
  • Provide post-sales support by addressing technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

AWS, Azure, or GCP certification
