Summary
Join WillowTree as a Solutions Engineer and demonstrate the capabilities of our new Generative AI platform, Fuel iX, to potential clients. You will conduct product demos, configure trial accounts, and collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and experience in a similar role within the software/technology industry. The position offers a hybrid or remote work option with travel expected. Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the software/technology industry
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and articulate their value to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting software applications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
- Experience with Generative AI and predictive AI products
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of our products/services to potential clients
- Configure trial accounts to meet the specific needs of prospects, ensuring a smooth and successful evaluation period
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that align with their needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering guidance and insights throughout the sales cycle to nurture relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings
- Provide post-sales support by addressing technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements
