Senior Solutions Engineer

Summary

The position requires extensive full-stack development experience and a strong understanding of cryptography and blockchain. Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer (ideally Python & JavaScript, Rust experience favourable)
• Possess strong proficiency in unix CLI environment
• Be able to learn new technologies quickly and be happy to adapt to use whatever is required to solve the problem
• Be highly proactive and take ownership of your work
• Have strong communication skills and be at ease communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Have a strong collaborative working style, ideating towards the best solution and decision
• Have a strong ability to formulate an abstract understanding of our SDK (Software Development Kit) needs
• Have Web 3.0 experience or expertise in Cryptography, Blockchain or MPC specifically within a customer-facing environment
• Have worked in several early stage companies and be able to articulate the unique technical and business challenges when designing with and integrating 3rd party technologies

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert and superuser of our SDK, including updating documentation and providing support for external partners and developers
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences to bridge the gap between developers and business
• Provide feedback to the broader team on how we can improve customer integration processes and implement strategies to get more developers and companies to launch on the network
• Work hands-on with prospects and customers to find solutions to their business requirements while demonstrating and communicating the value of Nillion’s technology throughout the sales cycle, from demos, proof of concepts, all the way to production implementation
• Create prototypes (apps, programs, systems) on the network
• Work closely with the product team to understand the user needs and problems
• Work closely with the engineering team to find solutions for these problems
• Create comprehensive solution diagrams for internal and external communication
