Associate Staff Consultant, Business Analyst

Your responsibilities include analyzing and documenting system requirements, developing specifications, and working closely with project managers. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Spanish, and a bachelor's degree in IT or Business. Experience in the insurance domain and familiarity with agile methodologies are advantageous.

Requirements

• Must have Skills: Spanish, Core Banking
• Must have completed a bachelor's degree in IT or Business
• Spanish language is mandatory
• The candidate should be a self-starter, with good documentation and analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs
• Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members
• Complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk
• Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues
• Work closely with project managers on core banking implementation projects
• Responsible for the requirement gathering, preparation of use case document, business requirements document, functional specification, and functional test cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Good To Have Skills: English
• Completed or undergoing a master's degree in business administration (MBA) or equivalent will be a plus
• Experience in insurance domain will be an advantage
• Ability to build and showcase intuitive, elegant technology-enabled solutions to solve real-world challenges and create competitive advantage for our clients
• Should be familiar with agile methodology and also to be able to use JIRA / Confluence tool to create and manage requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team
• Fluent English will be a plus
• Strong grasp on Banking and Should be able to work closely with clients' operations and business teams and provide suggestions on everyday challenges
