Associate Staff Engineer

Summary

Join Nagarro, a rapidly growing Digital Product Engineering company with a global presence, as an experienced SAP SD/LE consultant. You will contribute to the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects, from project preparation to go-live support. Leverage your 5+ years of experience in SAP SD, SAP LE, and GTS processes to design, develop, and implement solutions. Collaborate with client project teams, lead UAT and production rollouts, and mentor team members. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and proven experience in OTC, STO, and third-party sales processes.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience
• Have good experience in SAP SD, SAP LE (SAP logistics execution)
• Have good knowledge in GTS process
• Be experienced in OTC, STO, Third Party sales process, EDI, SAP SD/LE integration with all other modules and debugging knowledge
• Have at least one E2E implementation experience
• Drive Functional and technical discussions with the client project team during discovery/design sessions
• Have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Write and review great quality code
• Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and be able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it
• Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets
• Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
• Be able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it
• Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Give constructive feedback to the team members and set clear expectations
• Help the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Come up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and be able to justify the decision taken
• Carry out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
• Participate in implementation Project (Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-live, and Support) from SAP SD/SAP LE and integration with all other modules
