Associate Staff Engineer

Summary

Join Nagarro, a rapidly growing Digital Product Engineering company, as a Power Platform expert. You will design, build, and support automation requirements across various units. This role requires 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps within the Power Platform ecosystem. You will leverage your expertise in .NET framework, C#, Power Apps, Power Platform, O365, and Azure technologies to develop enterprise applications. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to work effectively in Agile environments. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Requirements

• Have 4-6 years of hands-on experience working on Canvas and Model-Driven apps
• Possess good knowledge and experience in Power Platform Environments, Power Platform License, Dataverse, other 3rd party Data Sources (non-CDS), Connectors, DLP Policies, Power Platform Core Framework, Reusable components, Security Roles, etc
• Function as an IT Professional performing as an independent contributor participating in functions such as design, development, and implementation of application systems
• Be an experienced Power Platform (Power App and Power Automate) professional who can design, build, and support ever-growing automation requirements across the units
• Have strong hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET framework, C#, Power Apps, Power Platform, O365, and related Azure technologies
• Possess a good understanding of Azure platform capabilities, including Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Modern Authentication
• Have knowledge of security processes and security controls
• Possess an excellent grasp and knowledge of industry best practices in the Dynamics 365 domain, with a successful track record of implementing projects in complex IT and business environments
• Actively seek and share knowledge with others, effectively communicating and presenting information in a clear and organized manner
• Hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Be organized, agile, persistent, and proactive, juggling multiple tasks within tight deadlines
• Deliver information effectively to support the team or workgroup, demonstrating strong writing and editing skills in English to convey complex ideas clearly and directly
• Possess hands-on experience in developing Power Automate to support Backend jobs, bulk updates to dataverse, connection to SharePoint, and O365
• Thoroughly document and effectively communicate technical analyses, designs, and specifications, providing explanations for the preferred approach over alternative solutions
• Collaborate effectively with team members across boundaries, contributing productively and respecting different points of view; cultivate effective client relationships and partnerships across organizational boundaries
• Take personal ownership and accountability for meeting deadlines and achieving agreed-upon results, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Work with Azure DevOps and continuous integration
• Demonstrate familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
