Associate System Administrator

Join Sprout Social's dynamic IT team as an Associate System Administrator and be at the forefront of providing technical assistance to end-users. As a proactive and resourceful team player, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing initiative with knowing when to ask for help.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• 1+ years of experience with conference room technology
• Ability to be onsite in our Chicago office from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at least 3 days a week
• Technical support experience in a Mac environment

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end-users
• Ticket triage
• IT onboarding/offboarding
• Laptop troubleshooting (primarily Macs, with some Windows)
• Supporting the Chicago office, including maintaining conference rooms that use Zoom and NEAT hardware
• Support on-site events
• Contribute to improving IT processes
• Assist with the continued development of our AI bot (accessible via Slack)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Apple and/or Windows computers
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk
• Experience troubleshooting conference room technology, preferably Zoom Rooms
