Join Unit4's dynamic team as an Associate Technical Consultant (TechOps) and contribute to the successful implementation of Unit4 ERP solutions. You will work with a global team, primarily on cloud-based installations, providing technical support and guidance to clients. This role involves acting as the technical contact person for projects, assisting with cloud migrations, advising on infrastructure optimization, and collaborating with the CloudOps team. The position requires experience with business systems, APIs, and Microsoft Azure, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Requirements

• 1+ years of working experience in relevant area
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Responsibilities

• Work with the business system Unit4 ERP
• Perform assignments with new and existing customers, with installations primarily in the cloud
• Support project members with technical issues
• Assist in our global cloud migrations strategy
• Advise customers regarding their infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability
• Work closely with the CloudOps team to ensure seamless integration and operation
