Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Stats, or other fields
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Reachout with potential candidates through various channels including email, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Proactively search for potential candidates using online databases, job boards, and other resources
  • Craft personalized outreach messages to effectively communicate job opportunities and company culture
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and industry insights
  • Analyze candidate data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements, talent needs, and priorities
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and recruitment metrics
  • Generate reports to track progress and measure success against predefined goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with staffing/recruitment processes and industry best practices is a plus
