Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Stats, or other fields
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Reachout with potential candidates through various channels including email, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Proactively search for potential candidates using online databases, job boards, and other resources
- Craft personalized outreach messages to effectively communicate job opportunities and company culture
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and industry insights
- Analyze candidate data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements, talent needs, and priorities
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and recruitment metrics
- Generate reports to track progress and measure success against predefined goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with staffing/recruitment processes and industry best practices is a plus
