Summary

Join Elite Technology as an Associate Technical Product Manager and oversee the development and management of our document automation cloud service. Manage the on-premises document automation template design solution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and monitor platform performance. You will also develop documentation, assist in creating product marketing strategies, and provide support to various teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in product management, and strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher (CEFR), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and management of the document automation cloud service
  • Manage the on-premises document automation template design solution utilizing Microsoft Workflow Foundation
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and roadmaps
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements
  • Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials
  • Assist in the creation of product marketing strategies and materials
  • Provide support to product, sales and customer service teams to address related inquiries and issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of document generation, automation, and distribution technologies, including knowledge of solutions including Microsoft Workflow Foundation, Aspose , Saxon, and XSL is a plus
  • Understanding of Azure technologies including Azure Functions and the Power Platform is preferred
