Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Associate to intermediate level experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and willingness to learn more about Agile methodologies and practices
  • Understanding of technology, software development, and how products are built
  • Creative and solution-oriented thinking with a desire to tackle challenges and find solutions that benefit users and the business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and users
  • Familiarity with common product management tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify, define, and articulate business requirements, resources, and processes for complex sub-systems or major system modifications
  • Use complex analytical tools and methods to analyze and streamline business processes
  • Develop detailed selection evaluation criteria based on identified product requirements
  • Independently develop and prioritize business requirements for complex tasks
  • Lead collaborative application development sessions, gather business requirements, and contribute to system development initiatives
  • Provide support to technical professionals with regard to a variety of systems and business operations problems
  • Assure quality of information through business case and application-level testing; validate test results to initial business needs
  • Participate in all phases of the product roadmap including early-stage discovery through completion focusing specifically on development
  • Partner with internal teams to solve problems and identify trends/opportunities. Inform, influence, and support product decisions, development, and launch
