Associate Thought Leader Liaison

Summary

Join Ascendis Pharma as an Associate Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Rare Disease Marketing, and contribute to the company's presence in endocrinology and rare disease. Working remotely under the guidance of senior team members, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify and onboard speakers, gather market insights, and build advocacy for rare disease brands. Responsibilities include supporting speaker programs, engaging with thought leaders, attending scientific congresses, and monitoring industry trends. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and maintain accurate documentation. This role reports to the Director, Market Development. Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential national and regional speakers through field insights and engagement
• Support onboarding and training of contracted speakers using approved materials
• Support and attend speaker programs and ensure compliance with training protocols
• Track and assess speaker and program effectiveness
• Engage with thought leaders to build initial relationships and credibility, under the guidance of more senior TLLs and the market development director
• Attend scientific congresses and conferences to observe and support disease state awareness efforts
• Monitor and report insights from thought leaders on trends in the various treatment area(s)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on speaker messaging
• Maintain accurate documentation of speaker interactions and feedback
• Participate in internal training and development to build liaison capabilities
