Summary

Join InsideTrack as the Associate Vice President of HBCU Programs and lead program execution at over 40 HBCUs. Report to the Vice President of Operations and manage a team focused on student success. This role involves managing partner relationships, providing thought leadership, gathering insights relevant to unique HBCU attributes, developing strategies for communities of practice, and representing InsideTrack externally.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is a plus
Ten (10) years of management experience, preferably with some experience in higher ed, a non-profit organization, philanthropy and/or with HBCUs

Responsibilities

Ensure program excellence while managing the internal team
Manage partner and funder relationships
Curate key learnings and best practices to share with the field
Represent InsideTrack externally by speaking at conferences, publishing opinion pieces and joining conversations with other higher ed leaders
Gather insights relevant to unique HBCU attributes and work with internal teams to embed into InsideTrack’s Coaching and Training to deepen student engagement
Develop, design and implement the strategies for the Communities of Practice for HBCU convening and shared learning regarding HBCU coaching and capacity building
Develop a library of resources to support HBCU partnerships with their student success efforts and coaching program development
Provide high level strategic consultation to leaders at partner institutions on best practices in areas including, but not limited to student success, support services, and change management
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of trends in higher ed and specifically HBCUs; share, as appropriate, with prospects and existing partners

Benefits

Compensation will depend on skills and experience ($115,000 - $130,000 a year)
