Requirements
- 5+ years experience in audience development, SEO, or digital strategy - ideally in publishing, e-commerce, or content-focused environments
- Deep technical knowledge of SEO across on-page, off-page, and technical implementations
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce content monetization, and commerce-focused editorial workflows
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO and data specific platforms such as Looker
- Demonstrated experience in turning complex data sets into meaningful reports and presentations
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills - able to collaborate with editors, marketers, and engineers alike
- A passion for audience behavior, digital growth, and the evolving content landscape
Responsibilities
- Act as our in-house technical SEO specialist, leading best practices across editorial, shop, and technical SEO implementation
- Translate performance data into actionable insights that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue across content and commerce
- Collaborate with key stakeholders - including channel owners (web, social, email, app) - to optimize acquisition and retention strategies
- Build and maintain easy-to-understand reporting frameworks for internal stakeholders, measuring key KPIs tied to content and audience development
- Keep the company ahead of the curve by monitoring SEO trends, algorithm updates, and changes in search behavior
- Ensure content strategy aligns with broader business goals, supporting both brand growth and monetisation efforts
- Take ownership of ASO (App Store Optimization), including managing app store descriptions, keyword research, and performance monitoring
- Identify new growth opportunities such as AI, emerging content formats, structured data enhancements, or platform-specific distribution strategies
- Support affiliate and monetisation strategies through SEO-driven content recommendations and link optimization
- Work with external SEO consultants or agencies when required, managing briefs, budgets, and performance evaluations

- Working knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) principles and tools
