The ideal candidate possesses proven sales or sales enablement experience with SaaS solutions, experience launching new products, exceptional cross-functional skills, analytical abilities, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Proven sales or sales enablement experience with visual collaboration, digital workplace, or SaaS solutions
- Hands-on experience launching or selling new products—can craft, test, and deliver compelling narratives
- Exceptional cross-functional skills: Comfortable collaborating with tech, product, marketing, and sales stakeholders
- Analytical mind: Leverage data to refine GTM and enablement strategies
- Strong communicator: Outstanding at building content, sales pitches, and training that land with diverse audiences
- Quota-driven mentality—you know your success means your team and their families succeed, too
Responsibilities
- Drive Market Adoption & Revenue: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for Klaxoon and other emerging offerings
- Directly and indirectly (overlay) own revenue targets—your efforts set up both yourself and the broader team for quota-crushing success
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales playbooks, training, collateral, and unbeatable sales pitches
- Train and empower reps to become instant experts and closers for new solutions
- Test with customers AND sales to continuously refine the approach
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work hands-on with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and rollout plans
- Act as the SME who bridges tech and sales—understand the product in detail and translate features into real business value
- Customer & Market Insights: Identify and profile the ideal target audience for new solutions
- Gather customer feedback, analyze adoption data, and adjust strategies to maximize impact
- Conduct field testing and collect direct feedback to inform ongoing improvements
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Be the connective tissue between product, customer, and sales—iterate based on real results
- Proactively problem-solve to overcome adoption obstacles and keep the solution top-of-mind
- ���Be the Specialist”: Quickly become the go-to expert—able to pitch the solution cold, inspire confidence, and close deals
- Lead by example and elevate the entire team’s capability
Preferred Qualifications
Backgrounds as product managers, solution consultants, or similar roles are a big plus
