Automation and Innovation Specialist

Requirements

• Degree: Last year’s student or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Programming Languages: Python, R
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks
• Data Science and Analytics: Skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization
• Professional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in roles that involve working with new and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify emerging technologies that could benefit the organization
• Evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Perform thorough analysis to detect inefficiencies or potential issues
• Oversee innovation projects from inception to completion
• Continuously seek ways to improve existing systems and processes
• Encourage a culture of innovation within the organization by promoting new ideas and approaches
• Work closely with software developers to communicate requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs
• Participate in development meetings and provide technical guidance
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback
• Present innovative solutions and updates to management and other relevant parties
