Responsibilities

  • Document the agency's processes in the form of a workflow/chart and improve them
  • Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by A/B testing, evaluating the Company’s outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements
  • Be responsible for building out technology and funnels for all activities, unless otherwise determined (i.e.: product launches, etc.) along with tracking lead conversion, and in-bound linking KPIs for those funnels and creating automations to report on those KPIs
  • Set up and managing reporting and analytics dashboards using Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)
  • Imagine and create processes for our new projects, so as to maximize our efficiency
  • Be able to understand our agency processes and create workflows and automations to make our work as efficient as possible
  • Organize our CRM in the most efficient and consistent way possible, so that it can be used by our staff
  • Implement Make, Zapier or even WebHooks automations to make our work as efficient as possible
  • Work closely with each department to study their workflow and understand what you can automate to make their work easier
  • Set up our customers' GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ManyChat, WebinarJam, Slack and Twilio automations
  • Implement automations between Monday.com, Slack and Twilio to make our work more efficient

  • Creating & Managing Tags Inside Of HighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, etc.
  • Troubleshooting systems
  • Setting Up Integrations / Automations Inside Of HighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, etc.
  • Creating & Managing Tags Inside Of HighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, etc.
  • Setting Up Tracking In Funnels For Paid Marketing
  • Setting Up Hyros For Clients
  • Creating KPI Sheets & Reporting Metrics To Clients
  • Other Misc Tech Tasks…

Long story short, you would be responsible for our tech in our agency and making sure everything is hooked together to flow seamlessly.

YOUR MISSION

  • Document the agency’s processes in the form of a workflow/chart and improve them.
  • Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by A/B testing, evaluating the Company’s outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
  • Be responsible for building out technology and funnels for all activities, unless otherwise determined (i.e.: product launches, etc.) along with tracking lead conversion, and in-bound linking KPIs for those funnels and creating automations to report on those KPIs. Some reporting activities may be in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Managers.
  • The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for setting up and managing reporting and analytics dashboards using Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio). They will work closely with the team to create, maintain, and update key performance metrics and reports that track the success of marketing campaigns, automations, and funnel performance.
  • Imagine and create processes for our new projects, so as to maximize our efficiency.
  • Be able to understand our agency processes and create workflows and automations to make our work as efficient as possible
  • Organize our CRM in the most efficient and consistent way possible, so that it can be used by our staff
  • To Improve organization’s efficiency so that we can concentrate on our scaling.
  • Implement Make, Zapier or even WebHooks automations to make our work as efficient as possible.
  • Work closely with each department to study their workflow and understand what you can automate to make their work easier
  • Set up our customers’ GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ManyChat, WebinarJam, Slack and Twilio automations.
  • Implement automations between Monday.com, Slack and Twilio to make our work more efficient.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data, learn software quickly, and proficiency with Zapier & Google Suite Tools
