Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations analysis, with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Python)
• Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to identify painpoints and operational bottlenecks
• Lead continuous improvement projects-from problem definition to implementing solutions to measurement of results
• Develop and implement automation workflows using AI, scripting, or low-code platforms
• Lead projects from ideation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders
• Use analytics tools to uncover performance trends and recommend optimizations
• Document processes, track project outcomes, and report impact to leadership
• Train and support teams on new tools and processes to drive adoption

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of process improvement frameworks like Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Agile is advantageous
