Summary
Join Capco Poland as a proactive Automation QA Tester to build and maintain automated test frameworks for a browser-based workflow tool. Shape the testing strategy and expand automation efforts across the team. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, execute regression, smoke, and sanity testing across multiple browsers, and collaborate with developers and the QA team to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test results, identify issues, and ensure high-quality releases. Contribute to test strategy and promote automation best practices. Requirements
- Experience with Selenium and browser-based automation
- Proficiency in Java or JavaScript
- Understanding of Agile/Kanban methodologies
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
